Our fee is normally less than overtime and you can be assured the job will be done right! $  1.95 Letter, ACAT & New Account Card $    .95 Broker/Dealer Change Letters $    .55 Each additional enclosure $35.00 Per hour to sort statements if needed. $50.00 Client information on disk and follow up booklet (under 500 accounts) We like to schedule these projects at least two weeks in advance. If for some reason the anticipated move date is moved up we will do everything possible to complete the project. There will be a 25% rush fee if there is less than 1 week to complete the project once the account statements have been received. I assure you we will not agree to take the project if it cannot be finished on time.
